Solar Panels

Ordered solar panels. After a couple of days after paying, the order still said it hadn't been paid, but the money was reserved on my credit card. I cancelled the order because my only options were cancelling or paying again.

I got an email from the guy at SSS saying "could I collect the panels?". They came with free shipping, are 25kg each, massive and I ordered 12 of them. Obviously, I can't collect... Either way though, I had already cancelled the order. I told him that and he said he'd refer it. Nothing happened. After more attempts to contact them, someone at one of the branches said he'd refer it to head office. Since then I've tried numerous times to get in contact, but nothing so far.

It's been a month, they've still got my money... R23000...
