Samsung S8 Warrenty Repair

<p>My wife has a Samsung S8 for just over 1 month and suddenly her screen went black (led display faulty). The phone was still operational when you switch it on or charge the handset as the LED light would light up and you would feel the handset vibrate when switched on . We went to Samsung in Eastgate Shopping Centre who advised us o take the handset o SSS Cellular (haven't heard of these guys). We took he handset on Saturday knowing that they weren't opened the whole day.The reception we received from one of the ladies was awesome as she was so friendly and helpful and even served uis coffee and popcorn whilsts we waited for our number to be called. We booked the handset in and was given a job card number and the website address which would allow us to track the progress of he repair. I tracked the progress up until I was notified of the completion and the unit was ready for collection.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would recommend anyone to visit SSS Cellular because of their willingness to assists you, their friendliness and the turnaround time of he repairs.</p> <p>Keep up the good wor****!</p>
