samsung s20 ultra repair

worst place to ever deal with took my cell in for a repair ....i called them on Monday they had no stock of my shattered back glass and i was told to wait till Tuesday they will get stock of which they didnt call me i then went to there (Wednesday) store and booked in phone as i had to have that back glass removed by another cellphone store an put in a temp fix so I could use my phone till it gets to them ....to my surprise they quoted me R7659...i asked why and they said they need to replace LCD ETC cos the previous guys put glue all over... and i have pics it wasnt the case i collected my not in the same state i gave it in the back cover was open not even sealed again ....i spoke to an alternative guy instead of Gert and he just gave me ******* stories ....they operate solely to rip people off ...there was an individual gentleman Faizel who tried to assist and all i wanted was my back glass repaired they refused point blank......i would never recommend or use their services
