Samsung Microwave glass plate replaced in a jiffy

I was about to give up on Samsung's aftersale service (I needed a new glass plate for a microwave oven), when their call centre gave me SSS Cellular's number. After a bit of frustration getting through to their landline, they contacted me on whatsapp. Everything went smoothly from there on. Three days later, they contacted me so say that the glass plate had arrived. Very friendly assistance in-store too.
