Poor service and broke my fone worse

<p>I booked my note 4 about a month ago and was given a bill of 4 point somtng for a cracked screen as they said they CNT do half job they will fix all the other tngs. Needles to say I collected my fne last week and m not pleased at all. First the screen freezes,switches off while the control buttons are on n can even hear msgs getng in bt CNT operate the fone as the screen is blank n black. Next it jus switches off totally btwn calls and text writing. Then my camera flash lite doesn't work even the torch lite is not working. Wen I booked the fne it was for a cracked screen all the other tngs were working. I have since put the fne aside as I CNT use it. Tell me wat I shud do I have to borrow a fine after such a hefty bill. I'm not pleased I need a solution</p>
