Poor service

I sent in my phone for repairs at the Huawei Customer Service Centre SHOP U91 Cornubia Mall cnr Flanders and Tecoma Drive Mount Edgecombe, Durban about three weeks back and made payment yet I haven't heard from them and I'm never able to get ahold of them on the phone it just rings non-stop. It is highly annoying and disappointing that I receive no status updates and I don't know when I will get my phone back
