POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT SSS CELLULAR, BOKSBURG

<p>I took my 3year 7" Tablet in for repair in June 2016. I was asked not to remove my sim card until they sent me a quote for fixing my phone. However, i left my phone and only received a quote via email after 4 days. The total amount for fixing the phone was ridiculous and higher than the amount i bought it for. I rejected it and collected my phone. I later checked and discovered that my sim card was not in there. I made some numerous calls to a guy called Jacques who kept telling me that they are still tracing the person who opened the tablet. The emplyees at SSS are very useless and unhelpful. I had personal and very confidential information in that sim card and i dont know what to do anymore.</p> <p> </p> <p>What should i do?</p>
