Pethetic customer service from Huawei Melrose Arch(SSS Cellular)

Declining & very pethetic customer service.

They do not keep to their promise to provide feedback even after i have made a few calls to them to get some feedback back to date no feedback.

I had to site & wait over 15mins to see a consultant even with me being the only other person in the queue. They only had one consultant an duty, how do you run a customer care center with only one consultant.

When I finally got help the tech that was working on the phone was conveniently not available & the rear cover was open & not sealed.

They then took the device & sealed the back cover however it was not done properly & when I arrived home later that evening & gave the phone back to my daughter she pointed out that the screen was falling off & that it had a few black spots on the screen which were not there previously.

When I took the phone back & asked to speak to the manager & explained what had happened to her. She had a look @the phone told me that the black spots on the screen was the screen that was defective which was not the case as Icould see that there was dirt particles in between the different layers of the screen which pointed out to her & she agreed & got her guys to have a look & try & clean the dirt out & secure the screen.

I had to wait well over 2 hours while they were busy trying to sort out my device. Once I received the phone back there was still black spots on the screen & the back cover was still not sealed properly.
