Pathetic staff behavior

I have been dealing with SSS cellular since 2014. The service has drastically gotten worst. The staff are disrespectful and do not commit their word. Alicia Thaver who works in accounts is the most rudest person i ever had to deal with. She basically told me to stuff it. The Samsung phone purchased was a second hand device, a phone that another customer returned. I asked for a refund and was transferred to Alicia who has such an attitude. Honestly such bad service Mr Ismail should relook his staff even if they working there for so many years.
