Pathetic servicen no other words for it

My son brought in his Samsung S4 for repairs and then the consultant ask him to bring his proof of contract from our service provider. Then I went in with my son to find out which documents they want and it took me a whole week to get the contract from the service provider. When I took the proof of contract back to SSS cellular they said to me that it still the wrong documents and that the phone is still not repaired. This is really pathetic!!! I am disgusted by the service that I received and will never in my life go back there. This branch must definitely be the worst branch ever. My son needs his phone because he is going to cape town for the school holidays and SSS cellular just did not made it possible after 2 weeks of pathetic service!!!
