Pathetic excuse as to why my phone is not being repaired under warranty

My 2 month old Samsung Note 10 Lite was complaining of overheating and refused to turn on. (phone was cold to the touch) I took it into SSS Cellular for a warranty repair on 12-10-2020. I was told 2 to 3 days for repairs if they don't have the parts. I've had no feedback and when I phoned this morning they told me that they would do the quote quick. Then I was informed that it was liquid damage. I informed them that the phone was nowhere near liquid and I was told that it was most probably my sweat. So I'm not allowed to sweat if I want to use my phone???? This is absolutely pathetic.
