No service and not repaired

We have sent our Sony Z3 on the 20th of Feb 2015 , we have been trying to get hold of Cheryll and she does not answer her phone or reply on our mails , As far as we can see now the phone ****** cause since she has the phone we have not heard anything. And they say the Sony Z3 is waterproof but as we tested it it was not it got water damage that is why we sent it in.
