NEVER USE THIS REPAIR COMPANY

My Note4 Samsung was send to them on the 9th December. With a few problems. This phone was purchased <br> Feb 2015. I was told by them phone was out of Warrantee!! After many emails asking for my phone back (I have them as proof) and contesting the finding of USB faulty. I had to pay as I would not have gotten my phone back. On the 28th My phone was couriered back to me. With ONE of the 5 items fixed - broken glass. The USB that was fixed and was never faulty is now stiff. Putting my phone on, it did exactly the same the reason I've send it in for. Contacts are updating, battery last less than 2 hours after fully charged, phone got so hot you could not hold next to your ear etc. They never even checked any of the problems why phone was send to them or did check before it left them. I am in Rustenburg. They are in Johannesburg. We made a special trip to take phone back and they were closed at 12h30!!! Never telling us they closing early. This cost me extra money. Ismail said it was an hour's job, and it's a software's problem. Excuse and put on email from them staff was on leave, technicians under pressure. I have proof of all emails. They never checked my cell.
