Monsoor going out of his way to assist

A gentleman by the name of Monsoor has gone over and above, he has assisted in helping us find a battery for my dad's phone, this is second time round. Even though with this last request for the battery I didn't think it be possible to find as the phone is rather old, Monsoor was able to sauce a battery for us.
