Inconvenience to a next level.

Please do not use these people. They have no idea what they are doing. If you think your device was giving problems when you took it to them, wait till you get it back, had one device come back after software and the device completely malfunctioned. My device I am now using was sent to them they did nothing to it yet they sign on a report that it has been repaired. If software was done, the phone should be set up from scratch when switching it on as per my past experience. I get my phone back all my apps everything is in tact. Just need to put my sim in and I'm good to go. They are *********** to the highest level. This is not the first time I have had to deal with them. The manager Gert telephonically explains the fault of the device then sends a report stating there is nothing wrong with the device. When you ask for the call recordings, all of a sudden their system crashed and you can not obtain the recordings. I would rather take my device to Vodacom Lakeside mall at least those people know what they are doing and are qualified to work with devices.
