Just wish you could have no star. Poor service and *********** staff. First all they tell me my phone is in QC ( quality control) for the first time for the first week. I keep phoning them for updates cause their website checking is always misleading. Anyway they say the screen is faulty ( new screen). So fine with that. Next the same scenario all over again, 2 weeks later. Then i phone them again cause I checled on their website, it's said invoiced. So I got hold of their staff and they told me to come fetch the phone, it is repaired. I leave Lanseria, to go fetch my phone in Boksburg at around 3pm, I get their by there store only to find out my phone is not repaired and still in quality control yet it says invoiced on their website and they told me it was repaired. Very *********** staff. Petrol wasted and bad traffic. Also my phone has now been with them from the 10th of February to now, every week a different excuse.
