I took my s23 ultra in for a screen replacement, my phone worked and charged I was using it with Samsungs Dex on my monitor and can say for a fact only my screen was broken

I took my s23 ultra in for a screen replacement, my phone worked and charged I was using it with Samsungs Dex on my monitor and can say for a fact only my screen was broken. When I got my quote it was for R19506.00 and they said my phone does charge or work a day after using my Samsung Dex all of a sudden my phone doesn’t work? Truly a nightmare experience. I’m not sure if this is a **** or not. Just a horrible overall experience.
