Horrible workmanship/Service from SSS Cellular

Horrible service I would like to log a complaint against the workmanship done on my laptop, the laptop was sent for repairs on the screen, and they quoted for cosmetic damage and when I received my laptop it is now in a worse general condition than it was prior, its full of new scratches that are so deep its more bent and the screen installation is not centred and scew and because of the poor screen installation it has backlight bleeding visible in low light not even complete darkness. And they have nothing to say and just ignore me.
