Horrible SSS Cellular experience

I recently had the misfortune of trying to buy a Huawei solar battery from SSS Cellular, Boksburg. These people conduct their business like children trading marbles on a playground and should rather call themselves SSS Primary. After receiving an invoice, I drove from Pretoria to purchase the battery. At their premises you have to shout at rude and disinterested people through bulletproof glass to try and make yourself understandable. You can hardly hear anything they say at all. After a very long wait, the person I was advised to deal with, Ishmail, made a brief appearance. I still do not know exactly what he said from behind the glass. He thereafter only communicated with me by cryptic Whatsapp messages. While transferring the payment, I was ushered out of the building while everything was closing down (for playground recess, I presume). Shutters were drawn and lights were dimmed. I had to spend the next hour in the parking lot, which I used to transfer my payment and having my bank sent a Proof of Payment certificate to their accounts department. I also sent PoP to Ishmail via his preferred Whatsapp communication. Several hours later, they still refused to give me the battery I paid for because my payment "did not reflect in their account yet". I had to drive back to Pretoria empty handed. I was informed the following morning that my payment then reflected and that only then they would graciously release the battery for my collection. By then, I had decided not to do business with such unprofessional and rude people and requested a refund. Ironically, their refund is still not reflecting in my account.....
