Horrible service from judgemental stuff

2 months ago I wrote a complaint on google reviews about the speaker problem of my phone after the repair of screen, and the guy by the name of Suhail responded saying I must bring it back to check and it will be fixed for free after 2 weeks i went back with the phone only to be told by the lady that i will have to leave the phone and they will have to reset the phone unfortunately i couldn't leave it behind as i did not back up data, today the 16/07 I went back only to be told my phone is out of warranty and it will need to be assessed and get quoted mind you this phone is still on contract and is due to expire next month so which warranty are they referring to? I was even told that they can't hear the annoying sound I'm talking about but why was this not explained to me when I went there the second time??? Because I was assisted by the very same lady??? I'm so disgusted and disappointed by the level of ignorance and arrogance your staff have I guess they just took advantage of me because they judged me and think I'm stupid and can't do follow ups. I don't even wanna play a race card lemme leave it here. Carry on assisting those who are integrity and your respect.
