Ghosted

I don't know if I've been ****med or what's happening I went to this Samsung store in Tygervalley for my phone.I received quotation and made payment on the 15th of November before making payment I was receiving responses from them with no problem.After I made payment it has been total silence I have been sending emails and response whatsoever, tried to call no answer.It was my 1st time using them and I wouldnt recommend them their customer service is really poor.
