Fantastic!

I have had a nightmare with 2 Samsung s6's. Both faulty. So have been back and forth to Sss, Samsung head office, who have been awful and Lauren has been amazing and made it a little less frustrating! Hoping third time lucky! Thank you so much Lauren!!!! For your patience, calm and understanding!
