False information provided with the intention to overcharge customers!

I sent my Samsung to ssscellular dd 10th Marxh to repair Mic as Counterpart couldnt hear me.

Quote received 11th March R4800 - to repair speaker and back of phone as there was a slight crack. Contacted Faizel at ssscellular and he informed me that the lcd has to be replaced as the speaker and lcd was one part. They can no longer repair speaker its own.

I informed Faizel that i was not happy but because I was desperate for my phone, I would pay for the repairs and take this matter further - they don't repair unless payment is reveived first.

I phoned Samsung Electronics call centre agent 11th March (Kirsten) and 17th March (Bubele) - they both confirmed that it was not necessary to replace LCD. Speaker can be repaired without having to replace LCD. I sent an email to Faizel on 16th March providing him with the above mentioned info.

I also sent an email to Samsung Electronics 16th March. Feedback received from them in the 17th March was that the speaker could be replaced separately. This mail was also sent to Faizel 17th March- to date no feedback received from Ssscellular. I called Faizel yesterday 25th March and he promised that a Technical Manager would call me - I'm still waiting for this call!
