Do not sent your Phone to be repaired by HUAWEI

I had sent my cell-phone to be repaired by SSS Cellular via Huawei. However, since the phone was sent for repairs no communication had been received from the repairer and Huawei. The repairs were done without getting consent from me if they should proceed with the repairs or not. The service received is of a poor standard and unappreciated at all. Huawei together with SSS Celluar violates their own terms and conditions and makes as if the client was the one at fault for not accepting a quote and even thou the client did not receive any communications from both parties. The level of disrespect is appalling. I will not advise anyone to send their devices to be repaired by these two companies. Customer service is the least of their priorities.
