Disgusting service

Very bad service. Waiting over three weeks for a refund. No communication. Their phones dont work, you cant call them to check up. Emails are not rep**** on with the excuse they are busy. Trying to smooth things over with gifts for a brand phone i dont even have. Disgusted with the lack of any service. Huawei South Africa should think twice on keeping them as a service centre here in Durban
