Cell Phone repair, NO Feedback/communication

Worst service ever. Now they working with Huawei doing their repairs and I took my phone in for repairs, it's been over 2 month without my phone. First they got my email wrong finally after launching a complaint with Huawei, they fixed my email address. I got a quote and paid immediately and forwarded the POP to the same email and their "accounts" email. when I ask about my phone they say they need POP, I sent the POP 5 times and they still asking for the POP.

Now I'm stuck without a phone because of SSS Cellular. NEVER take your phone to Huawei repair center in Sandton, that is SSS Cellular and they are ****.
