Cat S40 - 4 times repair still not working

my father in law's phone (cat s40) has been in for repairs 4 times now, last time it was worked on was 3 September 2018 for the phone not charging and giving black screen. the first time it was worked on was for a screen replacement and ever since then there has been issues with the charging and/or phone simply not switching on when it has died. the last time he was there the lady told him that he needs to do a full backup as they cannot and when he has a chance to bring it back in so they can replace the whole phone.....when we went there today at 16:34 she simply told him its 2 days too late....but why when he was there not even 2 weeks ago couldnt she have advised him that when the phone needs to be back. this phone is a business phone and needs to be working 24/7 as he has trucks on the roads permanently. the staff is so rude, not very friendly, and not really willing to assist or go the extra mile. this cat phone since you guys worked on it cant go through one day without having somekind of issues, like now and thats why we drove 50km yet again for repair. now the phone shows the battery is too hot and cannot be charged. my cell nr is ********** 320 please phone me as this is very unprofessional and not good business ethics at all
