CAT Phone Speaker repaired 3 times in 2 months at R600 a shot

Good day, My Father inlaw bought a CAT S40 in November last year and in the last 2 months the Phone has been taken to SSS Cellular 3 times to have the speaker repaired. everytime he has to travel from Vanderbijlpark to SSS Cellular.

Everytime they Charge R600 and it lasts a week or two.

Come on guys why can we not get this sorted out?
