Bad service lies and any excuse to charge you

Same issue as other customers on hello peter ,there is a trend with this company to not fix phone under warranty and tell lies about damage on phone

Phone under warranty, Samsung z flip don't have power except when keeping charger plugged in then works as normal no issue . There is apparently a small dent on like the other end of the phone and scratches and now the warranty is void because physical damage which is not true, look at bad track record on Hello Peter for this company , cant imagine Samsung is sending customers to them to repair , contacted samsung waiting for report but apparently they took technician's word and not ours, wont leave it here will take it up with legal team when recieved report from samsung, easy ways not pay for repairs under warranty , sss comment why out of warranty : UNIT HAVE DROP MARKS AND HEAVLY SCHRETCHED AT THE BACK

DONT take your phone to them , see other complains on hello peter , shameful
