Bad service from sss celluar when u reject a quote

I have rejected quote from sss cellular on the 11 October I was told my device will be dropped off on the 14 October I sent more than 2 emails Alicia Thaver to find out when will get my device she forwarded both my email to Lewellyn, Shannon and Simphiwe not of them did reply I than called in today an spoke to Lewellyn this morning he said by 12 I will have answer nothing yet..I get a feeling when a customer rejects there quote this is the service one gets
