Bad Service

I sent a A7 Samsung tablet for a screen repair that cost a small fortune. When I received it back, all the data had been wiped off (tablet used for school). I have called the manager who does not return a call and the receptionist screens the calls and cuts you off all the time. Even my emails are ignored. Once they have your money, they don't seem to care. I am very disgusted with SSS Cellular. Won't use them again!!!!
