Absolutely terrible

Worst service I have ever received. They take your money and then stop communicating with you.

They gave a quote for the cellphone screen repair even though I told them it was not screen damage. I made sure that there would be no extra costs charged after the initial quote, I even received an email from them stating that there would be no additional costs because the technician did a thorough search of the phone. What do you know a week later there is a new quote with more money needing to be paid.

Try to phone 12 times, the 3 times they answered, they just put me on hold. Then they said the will give me a discount on the new amount.

Not worth the hassle do yourself a favour and take you money and time somewhere else.

After picking up the phone, still have not received a refund and it is a week later. When I received the phone back the screen was given back separately from the phone.

Took the phone to a very reputable cell repair shop. Got a report back saying that SSS cellular broke my LCD and did even more damage to the phone.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would
