5 minute fix

My Samsung S3 showed a message that the memory was full. I deleted photos, videos, contacts and anything that seemed unnecessary. Called at SSS Cellular by chance. Took a ticket and waited a while. When my number came up I told the pleasant man at the counter about the memory message. 5 minutes later he gave it back fixed. Apparently the phone was attempting to backup all the time. Quick, professional and best of all - no charge. Well done SSS and Samsung.
