3 Repairs in a 8 Months and still not solved

last Year July i took my Phone in for a Warrenty Repair as the Keyboard was Burning into the screen. (Ghost Image. Lcd Burn.) <br> <br> they said they would repair the Screen and this would solve the Problem. <br> October 2015 the same thing Happens take it back to them and they repair the screen again says it was a faulty batch of screens. <br> <br> on the 28th Jan 2016 i had to take it back again for the very same Reason. <br> they decide to replace the Main Board or PBA according to them. <br> <br> yet i get my phone back and the keyboard is still burned in they did not fix the problem. <br> <br> so i Show the new lady Bianca she goes to her manager. <br> he says sorry their is nothing more they can do i have to now take it up with Samsung Head Office.<br> <br> this is a waist of time they are supposed to be trusted Samsung repair center but they cant even repair or Replace a faulty phone. <br> <br> NEVER AGAIN <br> <br> And Samsung head office is taking their time getting back to me too. <br> <br> <br>
