24 hours turns into 2 weeks
On Wednesday 30 March 2016 we dropped off a Samsung cell phone. The phone was stuck on the end user licence agreement. The person at Sss Cellular told us that it would take 24 hours to get a code from Samsung to unblock the phone. After numerous phone calls and tracking on the internet it has been two weeks and still we have no phone. Yesterday on the online site it said that the phone was ready for collection. This morning we went to collect only to find out that its not ready and we had to wait an hour for them to find this out. How long does it take to get a code? If it was in for repair I could understand but its a couple of digits. Sss Cellular keeps saying that they are waiting for Samsung to send them the code. Sorry but not buying this. Last time I buy a Samsung and last time we use Sss Cellular for repair. Be warned people. They don't want to help the customer
