I have tried contacting them re a Samsung Fridge/freezer problem. No response! This has been going on for weeks. They were referred to me as the go to guys by Modern Electric where we purchased all our appliances. I can’t actually rate them as I couldn’t even get hold of them. Everyone go elsewhere.
