ZANELE IS A STAR

After completing and order through Uber Eats, an item from my order was missing. The driver contacted Pensacola Spur Steak Ranch to advise them of this. Within a few minutes I received a call from Zanele who was extremely pleasant. She confirmed they they would be addressing the matter ASAP, and again within minutes she called me to advise the driver is at my door. The item was in good condition. I just wanted to take my time to complement the great service I received from Zanele. She really is an asset to the franchise.
