You are suppose to be the face and welcoming of South Africa but you failed!

<p>Cape Town International is the place tourist get to see first and last! Likewise, is it the place where we get to say out last face to face goodbye to our families and friends when they leave SA. I was at Spur about a month ago (Cape Town International) wishing my partners mom and sister a good trip away. We ended up having something to eat Spur (as usual when we fly) only this time it was a early flight so we had breakfast. I logged this complaint in diary to add to your site and I'm only reporting it now due to being hospitilised. We were served by Zodido and O ordered 2 Cafe Latte's with cream, I waited about 20 minutes for this (even though it was empty in the resturant) and received a latte without the cream! No apology!!! Zodido tell's me "Oh I'll just put it on the side then" Really!? Again I wait about 10 minutes for the cream! We then order 4 sandwiches (2 toasted cheese only and 2 chicken and mayo). After 35 minutes the sandwiches come and we get 2 chees and tomota sandwiches! no apology and I we had to remove the tomato. The chicken and mayo sandwiches was so soggy and overloaded with the amount of mayo it was unbearbale to eat - we left the sandwiches and asked for the bill. Still no apology. The bill took about another 20 minutes and I ended up going to the front desk to pay my bill. So disgusted in the service you provide, especially if you're at the airport!</p>
