Yet AGAIN ANOTHER BAD EXPERIENCE AT SPUR

<p>I did previously complaint about Spur, and Nothing was done about it, not even a reply. Just show to me how bad spur really are, and how they care about their customers. Yesterday we went to spur in Uitenhage for n kids birthday party, first my Husband wanted to order a double thick milkshake, the waiter said we cannot get one because is against their rules, what????? My Husband always order a large double thick milkshake, never we were told its against any rules! My friend wanted to order from the kiddies menu because she was not that hungry and she wanted the viana's, again our waiter Neli said its against the rules for a grown-up to order from the kiddies menu! Really? Can't you even eat what you want at spur??? She ended up ordering NOTHING! You lost a sale! We also decided then not to order because it would be rude to eat infront of her while se are not allowed to order what she wanted. We decided to leave the party because not even my child enjoyed the spur, there were 14+ year kids playing in the playroom, bumping all the small kids. really disappointed in Spur for a second time in a row. Not a family restaurant, with added rules!!!</p>
