This is the second time I ordered food from silver mountain spur via bolt foods, as my son enjoys the chicken pizza. When you order the kids pizza the menu allows you to make a selection for a side which would either be smileys or chips. The first time I never received my side, I informed them about this but now this happens for the second time so my question is aren't the staff at spur educated on the menu or is it just a laziness. I am disappointed as I wouldn't want to order from spur in future as it looks like my order will always be short of something.
