Wyoming spur steak ranch poor service customer service

10H25 Got seated. 10H30 ordered our meals. 11H15 children got there milkshakes and meals, toast bacon and eggs ice cold. 11H21 we got only 2 coffee still waiting for other 2 coffees. 11H35 we asked where is the other coffees and butter for kids toast. 11H46 other coffees and food came. Bacon eggs toast avo ice cold. We had to ask for cutlery, sugar, butter and coffees. The coffees was cold. There are no person at entrance to assist other customers to pay, swipe and to be seated. No visable managers or assistent managers. Staff (kitchen staff, waiters, managers) need proper training and some one to lead them as a team. Attendant for the kids was food but any person can take a child over the 1 meter wooden fence.
