Wrong operation

My friend and I went to spurs and upon our entry, neither the hostess or the waiter greeted or welcomed us our waiter was moody and spoke to us in zulu even though we insisted to him that we spoke English. He was apprehensive when we asked about the sauce for the buffalo wings as at first sight and upon tasting them, they were dry. During our meal he did not come to check if we needed anything so we sat with empty glasses throughout our meal. The manager was on floor but chose to remain oblivious to everything. After searching for his name tag, I at last saw that the waiter's name is Hudson D. This is unacceptable, I'm never returning to this establishment the service was beyond questionable and slow beyond comprehension and the food was just not up to scratch
