wow what happened to customer service but tips are expected

So I'm in Spur in McIntyre Street in Parow , sit down with my grandchild for 5 mins, look at the menu, then waiting , then checking the time, then waiting for service cos now the child is getting noisy , so decide as soon as waiter comes I want the baby-chair , so another 20 minutes later, I go ask at front-desk what's happening, apologies and excuses but I lost my appetite by this time and left.. #waitershavingconversations
