WOW WHAT A WONDERFUL WEDNESDAY WELCOME

Good Day (To The Owner and Stakeholders and Shareholders of Auguster Spur) in Gateway Mall. I trust and hope that you are all keeping well. I would like to take this opportunity to compliment one of the staff members mentioned here Nozipho G together with her floor manager by the name of Leonard as promised to them by myself for their WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE that they always provided myself and my wife from your restaurant. On the 3rd of February 2016 at around 4PM which was a Wednesday my wife and I came to your restaurant. From a distance I could see Nozipho G. She came towards us and welcomed us with a great big smile. She knows what we would like to order. She sat us down. Took our orders for the drinks as well as our main meals and this took less than 5 minutes. When she serves us we get WOWED by her service. If there is any issues and if Leonard is there he takes utmost care and gets those issues resolved then and there truly amazing service from himself as well. I would like to place on your records that I as a regular customer would like for Nozipho G to by kindly moved higher in terms of her position at your restaurant. She is an asset to your restaurant.
