WoW Spur

Good day

So here we are with my 3 team mates supporting Spur during our 1 hour lunch, its the special yes, but eating at Spur is nothing new. We were escorted to our table which was great. The Manager (Charity) approached our table since our waiter had not attended to our table. So we placed our orders with the Manager, we were beyond hungry. The price was right so we ordered 5 plates, then the Managers face changed all of a sudden. She left, only to come back and let us know that we have to finish our food at the restaurant, no doggy bags would be allowed, and that any leftovers would be thrown in the bin. This was apparently an instruction from the Operator. Now Im confused cause as a Manager she should already have such info at hand. So we placed our orders and yes I didnt finish my 1 plate, I never finish my food. We called her back at our table and she was asked what now, since the 2 ladies who had ordered 2 plates each finished their food and it was the 1 plate that was unfinished. Again the Manager told us about the Operator, we then asked to speak to this Operator. No Operator came to our table, instead we were given doggy bag containers by the waiter and she was gone. Im a Manager myself, and if there is one thing I pride myself in, its giving good quality service, am really disappointed by the Spur Westgate Management team.
