Wow great service still exists???

I can't start to explain the amazing experience we had at Spur Fern Creek Steak Ranch. I mean when was the last time personalized service was considered a service nowadays. They made sure I had personalized child minder for my very energetic crazy 1yr old service upon request (that was not part of their rooster by the way, but made sure they got an extra stuff member, Lee is her name to assist) without expectations, but of course you need to extend a hand of good deed especially for great service. The minder mafe sure she took my adventurous one once our food arrived too, I even forgot I had my little one there 30mins into dining I swear(shreeks, am I a bad mommy?? Lol).

Our waitress was such a joy, Charity is her name, wished I could dine every day to be hosted by her and her manager Tracey. They went beyond expectations, when last do you remember your complaint being attended to without you expecting that it would actually be attended to, as the least you will get is " Sorry mam, lol". This was a great Sunday family lunch indeed.
