Worst treatment at SPUR OTTER HYPERMARKET

Extremely disappointed in SPUR HYPERMARKETS service!!!Being a regular customer wanting to order ribs for my mom which they ALWAYS accomdate us for tonight I get told only if I come and show my face will I be approved for it to be "okay" to get this special service as Its not a take out!!Since when does popularity or me coming to show my face give me the go ahead for them to do this favor!!!On their quiet days we order food from them and they do the extra to deliver it because they so quiet I'm so so disappointed in SPUR! The manager JERRY was so rude and has absolutely no people s****s and doesn't deserve a manager position SERIOUSLY!!!
