Worst SPUR STEAK RANCH

On the 28th as a team we decided to have lunch at the Wild Falcon Spur, this was the worst experience I've gad at any Spur. After waiting almost 45 minutes for my simple order of Buffalo Thighs with no side, the chicken was raw when they brought it to the table, mind you, everyone else already had their lunch where they went with chops and schnitzels. Upon requesting that they cook my chicken through, it took an extra 25 minutes and when they finally gave me the order, it was too hard where I couldn't bite through the meat, I had to throw it away and the fries I was given as a token of apology seemed like left overs taken from other plates and then it was all packed for me. To top it all, I gave them my Spur voucher details and they never loaded any points after we settled the bill.
