Worst Spur in South Africa , Never go!

In connection with your Spur Grill & Go store at Breede Valley North by the Shell stop , my family of 5 went there yesterday being the 27th april 2018 , freedom day , for a stop over for breakfast on our way to ceres for an event ..we ended up having to cancel our order and walk out , which a number of customers did whilst we were there due to the worst possible service i have ever experienced at any spur facility in the country.I stood by the order desk for about 20 minutes , with 4-5 attendants running up and down and no one took my order , we then decided to go sit down , and i stood up and walked to the only waiter on the floor amongst dozens of customers to try and flag her down to place an order , we did so but after waiting an additional haf hour and seeing others just get up and leave knowing they too were waiting to be served , we also decided to cancel and leave.

I will be placing a 1 stat bad review on trip advisor and hello peter and will be STRONGLY advising everyone to avoid going to that spur facility , no need to spend my hard earned money on pathetic service service like that , South Africa deserves much better!
