Worst Spur in Port Elizabeth

I have never had such bad service as what I have received from this spur. I've been there 3 times now and each time it just gets worse. This time was the final straw and I can promise you I will NEVER go there again. EVER!! First we ordered milkshakes and coffee with our starters. This was ok. We then placed the order for the main meal and it was just downhill from there. Waiter gets the order wrong, not once, but twice. When we eventually get him to bring the correct items, he didn't even bother to ask how we wanted the steak done. Food is delivered without the sauces that go with them and the chips are old! He then reports to the manager that we are being difficult and lo and behold, she wants to side with him. To put a cherry on the cake, all we get is a sorry, it wont happen again. Well she's right about one thing. It definitely wont because I'll never go there again. That is the last R800 I'll ever spend there again.
